Position: Intermediate Project Manager – Commercial Construction - Calgary Office

Traugott's Calgary Office has an immediate opening for an Experienced Project Manager with I.C.I. Experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Flexible between 7:00 am & 6:00 p.m.)
Travel and Overtime as required
General description: The Project Managers are part of the construction management team, reporting to the President.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction in a similar capacity.
- Post Secondary education in Construction Technology or Civil Engineering.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage 3 or more projects simultaneously, with values typically in the range
of $3,000,000 to $15,000,000 from setup to execution and close out - Manage Project Coordinators
- Manage and review all construction methods, materials, contracts, bid spec,
building performance, job budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient execution of
each project. - Conduct and chair regular site meetings
- Actively participate in all Health & Safety programs and policies ensuring
compliance and safety on each work site. - Liase with clients, consultants, building departments, field & support
staff.
