The Project

A state-of-the-art logistics facility, Hardwood is a new Net Zero, LEED Certified design-build stacked warehouse project. The building envelope will be IMP and insulated precast concrete wall panels along with a curtain wall glazing system. The buildings, demised into 3 units, will have 37 truck level doors and one drive in door, with a 7” thick x 60’ deep concrete apron. The roof will accommodate a solar panel system occupying approximately 70% of the roof area.
