The Project

Traugott has worked with the Pattison Food Group to deliver multiple Save-On-Foods locations in Alberta and Manitoba. These projects reflect the brand’s emphasis on fresh food, regional product integration, and customer-focused store layouts. The Conversation Pieces

Full-service Save-On-Foods stores were developed with a focus on shopper experience, emphasizing departments such as produce, bakery, and deli, while also integrating energy-efficient systems and sustainable building practices. In community-oriented developments, stores were built to reflect local culture and values—supporting regional suppliers and offering layout flexibility to suit community-specific needs. The Challenges
